The goal of the study is to develop permanent lifestyle changes in individuals who want to live a healthier, happier and more abundant life that is pleasing onto the Lord! Developed by Karen Hartnett, this workshop reveals how spirit, body, mind, and a balanced diet come together to achieve optimal health.
